На этих выходных состоялся очередной тур Вожатской школы Компании «Черномор».

Надо сказать, что слушателями первого тура было 550 человек, и мы проехали по пяти городам. На второй тур собралось 110 человек, и это те вожатые, которые смогли ответить на главный заданный им вопрос – «зачем тебе это надо?».
Дело в том, что наши лагеря (которые Нового Поколения) подразумевают серьезную работу с ребенком, как с личностью, как с клиентом, и для того, чтобы Вожатый смог чему-то научить ребенка, он должен сам захотеть стать лидером, развивающейся личностью, захотеть увлечь ребенка новыми знаниями.
Плюс ко всему нашим сотрудникам нельзя пить, курить, также как и детям покидать территорию (нужно высыпаться!!!). На такие подвиги не каждый готов. И вот эти вожатые, которые приехали на второй тур как раз хотят развиваться и становится предметами подражания для своих детей.
Что было? Очень много интересного – как готовиться к приезду детей, как их встречать, как сплачивать, как работать с конфликтами. Были представлены новые игротехники, были написаны новые песни, гимны, кричалки. Все, включая директоров всех трех лагерей, становились детьми, чтобы понять, каково им все это.
Я уехала с огромным положительным зарядом, с готовностью свернуть горы для наших самых юных клиентов. Так хочется, чтобы Вы оценили эту работу. Приезжайте, посмотрите!

This weekend the regular tour of the school for camp guides of the Company “Chernomor” has taken place.

It has to be said, that the audience of the first tour amounted to 550 people, and we traveled over five cities. 110 people gathered for the second tour, and these were the camp guides who could answer the main question – “what for do you need this?”
The matter is that our camps (which are of New Generation) imply serious work with a child as an individual, a client, and in order a Camp Guide can teach a child something, he must wish to become a leader, a person striving for self-development, and to captivate a child with new knowledge.
Besides our employees can’t drink alcohol, smoke and leave the territory the same as children (one needs a good sleep!!!). Not everyone is ready for such feats. So these camp guides who arrived for the second tour want to develop and exemplify for their children.
What was there? A lot of interesting – how to get ready for children’s arrival, how to welcome them, how to unite, how to handle conflicts. New play methods were presented, new songs, anthems, chants were written. All including directors of the three camps became children for some time to realize how they feel.
I left positively charged, ready to remove mountains for our youngest clients. I just wish that you will be able to appreciate this work. Come and experience it!
